This is definitely the Donnas best work. Spend the Night is truly a great party rock record. The only differences between this record and the Donnas earlier work is that the production and the songs are better than ever ! Every track rocks hard with great choruses and smokin' guitar solos. The lyrics continue to be about the same subjects as the previous records - boys, parties, drinking, etc. If you liked the band before, you should like them even more now ! One thing I have to mention is how great Donna R.'s guitar work is on this album. Her playing reminds me so much of Ace Frehley in his prime that it's scary ! Every KISS fan should check out this record, as well as anyone who love great rock n' roll. You won't be disappointed.
