Title - 'Zeitgeist'
Artist - Frank Wyatt And Friends

Simply put, Frank Wyatt & Friends delves into his musical career and take you on a fantastic journey with a new Pedal Giant Animals production, Zeitgeist!

Zeitgeist is a collaborative music endeavor featuring members of the progressive rock bands Happy The Man, Oblivion Sun, and the Pedal Giant Animals project.

The recording project started out as an idea for a Happy The Man reunion CD, but evolved to include many other musicians so another Pedal Giant Animals project was born!

The music was produced in the studios of the respective artists and at Crafty Hands Studio using state of the art recording technologies as well as some old school hardware and techniques.

So, of course, this wonderfully unique gathering of such great musicians always promised to deliver a beautiful and exciting musical experience and here on the brand new album, Zeitgeist that promise has been well and truly fulfilled.

1. 'Zeitgeist'
2. 'Leaving '
3. 'Twelve Jumps'
4. 'Eleventh Hour '
5. 'The Approach'
6. 'Fred's Song'
7. 'To Venus (Perelandra Mvt. I, Andante)'
8. 'The Green Lady (Perelandra Mvt. II, Allegretto con moto) '
9. 'The Golden Feast (Perelandra Mvt.III, Allegro)'
10. 'Blessed Be He (Perelandra Mvt. IV, Presto)'

Opening with the introductory storytelling title track 'Zeitgeist,' the beautifully lush, swaying 'Leaving' is next and that's backed by both the perky, free flowing keyboard work of 'Twelve Steps' and then the mid-tempo ballad 'Eleventh Hour.'

The melodic renascence of 'The Approach' is yet another magnificent example of the key work to be discovered on this brilliant new album and that's followed by Wyatt's own piano work on the ambient 'Fred's Song.'

The lavishness of 'To Venus (Perelandra Mvt. I, Andante)' is simply breathtaking to behold and is backed seamlessly by the building, ethereal, soaring work of 'The Green Lady (Perelandra Mvt. II, Allegretto con moto).'

The album then comes to a close with the playful, yet fully harmonized and palatial 'The Golden Feast (Perelandra Mvt.III, Allegro)' and then rounds out with forthright, chivalric even 'Blessed Be He (Perelandra Mvt. IV, Presto).'

Frank Wyatt, Piano, Keyboards - Bill Brasso, Drums - Stan Whitaker, Guitar, Vocals - David Hughes, Bass - Cliff Fortney, Vocals - David Rosenthal, Keyboards - Rick Kennell, Bass - Chris Mack, Drums - Peter Princiotto, Sitar - Mike Beck, Percussion - Ron Riddle, Drums - Kit Watkins, Keyboards Joe Bergamini, Drums and Andrew Colyer on Keyboards.
