The new recording opens on the jaunty Anxiety Society and the impassioned rhythmic bongos that then lovingly thread their way through Jagged Lil’ Blues and they are followed by the luxuriant Happily Go Luckily, the languishing vibe sewn through yet another delightfully bongo-highlighted cut Blue Tropics, before the sax-hued beauty Blue In Green is brought forth.
Along next is the evocative Spanish-tinged Enigmatic Adventure and the impassioned blues/jazz flow of Multiple Perspectives which are in turn backed seamlessly by the atmospherically empowered West Coast, the foot-tapper Coincidental Moment, the album rounding out on the soulful swing found within the Gospel-hued Everyday Anthem, coming to a close on the pure, unadulterated elegance of Uncommon Poetry.
