'Comic crowned The Richest Man in the World'
TV Funnyman George Lopez will transplant his unique blend of humour to the big screen, with the starring vehicle 'The Richest Man in the World'. Universal has acquired the comedy pitch from screenwriters Jim Burnstein and Garrett Schiff, with Lopez as good as locked in the lead. In the movie, Lopez would play the poorest man in the world who suddenly gets to see what it's like to be the richest man in the world. Nope, not based on Matt Damon's life-story.
