Cranbrook Art Museum, located at 39221 Woodward Avenue in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, is a non-profit contemporary art museum. Museum hours are Tuesday-Sunday 11am-5pm, Fourth Fridays of each month from 11am-9pm. Admission is free for members; $6 general public; $4 students and seniors; children 12 and under are free. Exhibition: Nominated for five Grammy Awards this year, Bruce Springsteen is the subject of a groundbreaking exhibition at Cranbrook Art Museum to open on Saturday, June 7, 2003. 'Springsteen - Troubadour of the Highway' is the first major exhibition devoted to this rock ‘n’ roll legend whose Grammy nominations included Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Male Rock Vocal Performance, Best Rock Song and Best Rock Album.

Cranbrook Art Museum’s multi-media exhibition explores Springsteen’s use of cars and highways as motifs in his music and in related visual imagery. Curated by the Weisman Art Museum in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this traveling exhibition includes over 70 photographs by artists Annie Liebovitz, Pamela Springsteen, David Gahr, and among others, Frank Stefanko.
