Title - 'NOW That's What I Call New Wave 80s'
Artist - Various

I grew up in the 1980's listening to some great dance/rock songs, and the song list on this certainly didn't disappoint me! Billy Idol, The B-52's, Madonna, Haircut 100, Pat Benatar, Natalie Merchant, Cyndi Lauper, Missing Persons, Roxette, Pet Shop Boys, Annie Lennox/Eurythmics, and Depeche Mode were artists/bands that I could easily turn to during my teenage years.

Sadly, of course, some of those artists aren't on this particular compilation, which feels a bit unfair to me personally (!), but at least what is represented here on NOW That's What I Call New Wave 80s is a really great compilation of both artists and tracks.

1. INXS - 'The One Thing'
2. Billy Idol - 'Rebel Yell'
3. The Romantics - 'What I Like About You'
4. The B-52s - 'Private Idaho'
5. Adam Ant - 'Desperate But Not Serious'
6. The Go-Gos - 'We Got The Beat'
7. Thompson Twins - 'Lies'
8. Berlin - 'The Metro'
9. General Public - 'Tenderness'
10. The Cure - 'Just Like Heaven'
11. The Psychedelic Furs - 'Love My Way'
12: OMD - 'If You Leave'
13. Echo and The Bunnymen - 'Lips Like Sugar'
14. Big Country - 'In A Big Country'
15. R.E.M - 'The One I Love'
16. Tears For Fears - 'Mad World'
17, Eurythmics - 'Sweet Dreams'
18. Human League - 'Don't You Want Me'

I mean, come on now, how about that for a musical line-up! So, just buy this CD today, put it into your CD player at home, or in the car, and sit back and let the 80's come back to wash their lovely goodness all over you. Come on, you know you want it!
