‘How to Get Away with Murder: Second Season'
(Viola Davis, Billy Brown, Alfred Enoch, Jack Falahee, Katie Findlay, et al / 4-Disc DVD / NR / 2016 / ABC Studios)

Overview: The sexiest drama to scorch the airwaves scales arresting heights of lust, lies and manipulation as Emmy Award(R) winner Viola Davis lays down the law in ABC's HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON.

DVD Verdict: As the body count rises, Frank, Bonnie and the "Keating Five" dive into a docket of daunting new cases. Meanwhile, the shocking discovery of who killed Rebecca leads into the mystery of who shot Annalise. But instead of answers, this stunning development will set the stage for a series of shocking secrets, bitter betrayals and gasp-worthy revelations that will prove beyond all reasonable doubt, that under the right circumstances, anyone can be a killer. Savor every deliciously twisted moment with all 15 second season episodes.

Come on now, I know that some people don't like the outlandish schemes of this show and say that the legal parts and law school parts are "unrealistic" but that's the point of the show! Nobody wants to watch a show about the real lives of law students, they're just not that interesting. The reason that these shows are popular is because they are crazy, and lots of people like that. There's nothing wrong with that. If you don't like the drama, then don't watch this show, because yes, it is unrealistic.

But that's what makes it interesting! Please just stop hating on it because realistic everyday lives aren't all that interesting to watch unless they're comedy and some people like drama because we are humans and we simply want the drama. We want those lives because they're exciting, regardless of how unrealistic they are.

In the entirety of the first season, audiences are presented flashbacks that follow what has happened previously and provide a map of who has been sleeping with whom after of course someone was sleeping with someone they should not have been sleeping with and got them pregnant, and now that pregnant girl is dead. Much the same happens here in the second season, trust me, although the focus is now on who shot Annalise - and why?!

In closing, and as much as you have all pretty much figured out by now, I LOVE THIS SHOW. It's so interesting and I love finding out what happens next. The acting is amazing and the story lines are very creative. It's really good and I highly recommend it. Plus, descend deeper into the labyrinth with exclusive, never-before-seen bonus features Deleted Scenes and Bloopers, available only on DVD as HOW TO GET AWAY WITH MURDER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON takes "guilty as sin" to a whole new level of obsession! This is a Widescreen Presentation (1.78:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs.
