Title - 'Harmony Tales'
Artist - Pablo Embon
For those not in the know, Pablo Embon has released an amazing 19 albums to date with all his music having been performed, recorded, mixed and produced by himself.
Pablo originally hails from Argentina, where he learned from famed classical guitarist Eduardo Isaac and from an early age poured his time and energy into crafting every detail of this instrumental exhibition of his albums.
Amongst the 12 tracks here on his brand new album, Harmony Tales (out May 11th, 2020), there are a multitude of jazz stylings, which all ebb and flow magnificently throughout this quite breathtaking new musical experience.
1. 'Vintage Lover' (5:07)
2. 'Calling Out' (5:30)
3. 'For the Ones You Love' (4:03)
4. 'Nothing Left Behind' (4:27)
5. 'Song of India' (4:47)
6. 'Taste of Freedom' (2:47)
7. 'My Little Magic Box' (4:19)
8. 'The Voice of Truth' (5:21)
9. 'Too Far, Too Close' (4:55)
10. 'Midnight Lullaby' (3:19)
11. 'Our Time' (5:41)
12. 'The Best of Me (Remix)' (3:50)
Opening with the breezy ambiance of 'Vintage Lover,' that's backed by the dulcet piano work of 'Calling Out,' the beautiful, gentle hipsway of 'For the Ones You Love,' and then both the quietly orchestrated 'Nothing Left Behind' and the enthralling, almost cinematic depth of 'Song of India.'
Next up is the short, but sweet perkiness of 'Taste of Freedom' which is backed seamlessly by one of my own personal favorites, the melodic 'My Little Magic Box.'
The upbeat 'The Voice of Truth' is another stand out track here and is followed by the earnest approach to 'Too Far, Too Close,' and the temperate tranquility of 'Midnight Lullaby,' with the album coming to a close on the free flowing 'Our Time,' and then a simply divine 'The Best of Me (Remix).'
