Growing up in New Jersey, JODY DELLI SANTI aka SUPERCREEP always knew that he wanted to make his musical mark. Prior to his move across the river to the New York City, Jody spent years studying music and musical history. While Jody focused on his studies of classical and jazz music, he soon came to realize that it had nothing to do with good songwriting. “Most musicians that pride themselves on playing their scales as fast as they can usually end up in wedding bands and that sounded fucking frightening to me. On the other hand, if I didn’t do all that studying I wouldn’t have been able to play every instrument on my record,” Jody confesses about playing the keyboards, guitar, bass and drums on his self-titled debut.

Though the debut album on Pats Record Company was constructed in a basement by Jody, as a live band SUPERCREEP flourishes while breaking that generic mold of rock and pop that incessantly invades our weathered ears. This is not just the future of rock or of pop, this is the fusion of many musical genres culminating in a potent mix of certainty that cannot be denied.
