Overview: Tropical Heat! 3-DVD Movie Collection brings forth three titles of adventures in archeological carnal passions, hidden Island getaways and thrilling sexy ghosts: Passion of the Lost Idol 1, Passion of the Lost Idol 2 and Bikini Apocalypse.

DVD Verdict: First up is Passion of the Lost Idol 1 (2019). Witness the carnal passions of the ancients embodied in contemporary beauties as a tribe of sexually charged totems are released into civilized society.

Will these tokens of fertility find a place in our modern era, or will the unbridled passion they release drag polite society into a quagmire of non-stop, sweaty fornication?

Simply put, Passions of the Lost Idol 1 is a soft-core adventure movie with very little adventure and very much soft-core sex. The title clearly is a wordplay on Raiders of the Lost Ark, even though it has next to nothing in common with it. So, what we do get are (all blonde, except for a native jungle girl?) women undressing at regular intervals for either sex or the usual slow-motion rubbing of oil or dripping water on their bodies.

For a movie with such a ridiculous plot, it has way too many characters, some of whom play a part that could’ve easily been scrapped without much impact on the story. It’s kind of amazing how they’ve managed to make a semi-decent, 100+ minute movie out of this! But hey, if continual bouts of labored exposition and sudden exhibitionism is your cup of tea, come on down!

Then comes Passion of the Lost Idol 2 (2019). When the totem of an ancient tribal goddess (Ander Page) is unearthed by a university professor, the whole school is haunted by a sexy ghost.

Will the swinging student body be in for more than just a groping good time? Will the erotic energies be contained? Or will the underwear-clad undergrads fall peril to the passions of the lost idol?

Going in you know that the writing and acting aren’t going to be of the greatest quality, but the women are going to take off their clothes, so there is that!

Knowing all of that going in, this movie is what it is and so you can either take it or leave it early on. The movie is simply a string of scenes where people spout some archelogy technobabble, like getting DNA from old rocks, regarding ancient idols, fetishes and a stone dildo (yeah, you heard me!)

Each group of scene partners have their own McGuffin that creates overwhelming arousal. They are all at their own digs, and one is in a library. The stone dildo is found in the shadow of a rock in the dessert. Need I say more? I don’t think so.

Lastly comes Bikini Apocalypse (2020). Every summer, hot bodied young singles flock to a hidden, hedonistic island just off the coast for an anything goes getaway.

But when a mad scientist sets up shop at one of the island’s exclusive resorts to test out his new hypno drug, things really heat up for our horny heroes and heroines! Get ready for a Bikini Apocalypse!

I mean, just from the title alone, you should know what you are in for and so if that is the case, well, come on in and have as much fun as possible!

What with all the glamorous young singles that flock to this hidden, hedonistic island for an incredible getaway, along with the underbelly of a mad scientist who has set up a place on one of the island’s exclusive resorts to test out his new hypno drug, things begin to heat up (in and out of the sun) pretty darn quickly!
