Verdict: 2027 brings us the Year of the Fire Goat, a year that invites us to trust our timing, listen to our intuition and create a life that feels more aligned with who we truly are. But what will the Fire Goat mean for you?

Inside this new book entitled The Year of the Fire Goat 2027, Janine expertly guides you through the energies of 2027 and reveals what the year may bring for each of the twelve Chinese zodiac animals.

Encouraging us to discover our opportunities, learn more about our more challenging months, why are relationships are the way they are, career, money and the people who may help us along the way, at the very same time we also get to learn how to work with the Feng Shui energies of our home and make the most of the year ahead.

Now, to give you a little background on all this, given that I have a member of my family that is heavily into exactly what it is that Janine is describing here, our current year of 2026 is the Fire Horse (Bing Wu). Think of it as a scorching Sun (Bing) beating down on a blazing desert (Wu). It’s the uncompromising peak of the Fire cycle. When the climate runs this hot, patience evaporates, boundaries are tested, and people operate in high-alert survival mode. It burns away deadwood, but it’s undeniably harsh.

However, 2027 is the Fire Goat (Ding Wei), and the climate fundamentally shifts. The Fire transitions into Yin Fire (Ding) — a flickering campfire. The Goat (Wei) represents dry, cracked earth. It is a parched landscape, but the devastating heat of the sun is replaced by the contained, localized warmth of a campfire.

A wildfire forces people to scatter and survive; a campfire draws people to sit together, share, and heal. The energy becomes contained and nurturing rather than explosive. And thus if you, or someone you know, is going through their own Ben Ming Nian this cycle, that intensity just described is likely amplified even further; but the good news is 2027 brings a genuine cooldown for everyone, Ben Ming Nian or not. So hang on in there, everyone, as the campfire is coming.

In closing, and this is very important, rather than simply predicting what may happen, this book helps you understand the energy around you so you can make better choices about when to move forward, when to wait and when to trust that everything is unfolding at exactly the right time.

About the Author - Janine Lowe has always been intuitive and it got her into a lot of trouble as a child. Being brought up in an environment that was more religious than spiritual didn’t help. When her Mum couldn’t handle it anymore, she asked a priest to talk to Janine. She was so lucky he understood her but he advised that she hid her gift. It was so hard to close herself down and hide who she was. It made her so unhappy.

Getting married to a man who wasn’t afraid of who she really was, gave her the chance to be herself again. She went back to using her intuition which meant answering phones before they rang and giving advice for the future which brought great success. Friends joke that she’s a witch. That makes her smile because even as a kid she’d loved Samantha from ‘Bewitched’.

It became obvious to her that she wasn’t designed for a 9-5 job and she wanted to use what she was good at as a career. A lovely friend suggested Feng Shui, and she trained with various masters and became a Feng Shui consultant. Meeting people and being able to transform their lives in such a positive way has brought her immense joy and fulfillment.

Then she found Chinese Astrology and Joey Yap. He became her mentor and taught her about metaphysics. That transformed her life. She became one of Joey Yap’s affiliates in 2016 and, from him, she’s learned to work with dates and times to create wealth for her clients and herself.

Her business in Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology has grown significantly and she consults with individuals and businesses on both. She has developed a number of successful products, which change according to the Chinese New Year. For example, this year is the Metal Ox and she’s developed viral bundles to advise people on wealth and relationships.
