Title - 'All That Matters'
Artist - Lights Out
Being hailed as "The Nation's #1 Tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons," Philly-based groupLights Out brings a lead singer whose voice is virtually identical to Frankie Valli himself, and the group's harmonies, engaging personality, and a fully choreographed show keeps audiences captivated from beginning to end.
Their brand new album All That Matters (released April 9th, 2020 via GSO Records) also features the original title track song that has garnered much attention around the world for it's inspirational message during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
With proceeds from the song being lovingly donated to the 1st Responders Children's Fund, the single (itself released worldwide this past April 20th, 2020) was composed by members Chris James and Danny Goscicki.
With fellow group member Chad Moroz suggesting the track be released as a single, complete with fourth band member Rob, 'All That Matters' is a melodic, blue-eyed soul, harmonized work of musical brilliance that ensures a smile to the soul will come to anyone who plays or simply hears it.

As for the new album, it features 13 tracks that encompass the sheer vocally harmonized majesty of this quartet to their most magnificent best.
Here you will find nine originals along with four covers, in the form of The Beach Boys’ 'Surfin’ U.S.A.,' The Four Seasons’ 'December 1963 (Oh, What a Night),' Mr. Big’s 'To Be With You,' and a rather stupendous, zestful hip-pop rendition of Ben E. King's 'Stand By Me' (featuring a guest appearance by show business titan Ben Vereen - who himself gained prominence for his performances in the original Broadway productions of the musicals Jesus Christ Superstar, for which he received a Tony Award nomination, and Pippin, for which he won the 1973 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical).
Kicking off in some fine style with the *NSYNC/BSB-esque 'The Emptiness' they back that up with the mid-tempo, reverb rap of 'Takin’ My Time' and then both the soaring ballad 'One More Chance' and the aforementioned new single, 'All That Matters.'
The gentle hipsway of 'The Best Thing in My Life' is then backed by a faithful rendition of Mr. Big's acoustic guitar ballad 'To Be With You,' a soothing piano ballad in the form of 'I Walk Alone,' and then one of my own personal favorites here, the upbeat, early '90s hip-pop synth of 'The Song the Echoes Tell.'
The heartfelt storytelling of 'Carry On' is then followed by the tenderly smooth groove R&B of 'If I Do,' the wildly modernized 'Stand By Me' (featuring Ben Vereen), with the album coming to a close on Lights Outs' signature sound, the dutifully frenetic 'Surfin’ U.S.A.' and then the finger-snappin' excellence of 'December 1963 (Oh, What a Night).'
