Title - Mighty Love
Artist - 3 Pairs of Boots

For those unaware, California-based husband and wife due Andrew Stern and Laura Arias of 3 Pairs of Boots share a vast musical history as well as a talent for pairing catchy melodies with heartfelt messages.

Married within a year of their first encounter, both artists experimented in a variety of different genres before solidifying their distinctive, Americana-leaning blend of folk, rock, and country as 3 Pairs of Boots.

The unique songwriting: Influenced by genre-bending acts Fleetwood Mac, Buffalo Springfield, Crosby, Stills & Nash, The Byrds as well as country icons Johnny cash and Shania Twain, their music is rooted in rock-and-roll, with catchy melodic hooks and engaging, narrative story lines.

As the main songwriter, Stern crafts the songs that showcase Arias’ distinctive vocal delivery, while lead singer Arias focuses on fine-tuning the arrangements for performance.

3 Pairs of Boots released their debut album Gone South in July 2019 and in early 2022 they dropped their sophomore album Long Rider, and now in September of 2022, they will release their third album, Mighty Love.

1. Leap of Faith
2. Mighty Love
3. Sweet Spot
4. Evensong

6. The Waiting
7. Labor Day
8. This And That
9. One Day at a Time

The album opens on the gently free flowing country-pop rhythms of Leap of Faith and the twangingly titular Mighty Love and they are followed seamlessly by the veritably shimmering Sweet Spot, the beautifully melodic Evensong, and then come both the drum-led roustabout Just Call Him Love and the balladry gossamer of The Waiting.

Up next is the gentle foot-tapper Labor Day and the forthright rocker This And That and they are in turn backed by the mid-tempo hipsway of One Day at a Time, the loving dancefloor swirl of Day Break, the album rounding out on the finger-snapping, melodious Ghosted, closing on the cultivated rock within The Server.
