I first heard the rousing guitar riffs and melodic tones of the Gin Blossoms when I was 13; a time defined by music. For 9 years I've loved the Blossoms music more and more and this compilation is the perfect album to introduce someone to this talented band. With their recent reunion and tour, this album is a good jump start for possible future material that will hopefully be released this year. With all of the radio hits and early efforts (ie "Just South of Nowhere"), this CD is a must have for any hard core Blossoms fan and a great gift for any lover of good music. "Hey Jealousy" and "Found out About You" are songs that never grow old and are in good company on this album with "Mrs. Rita" and "Follow You Down". Whether you like to jam out to the harder riffs in or contemplate love this disc shows why Gin Blossoms music still plays day in and day out on the nations radio stations.
