Lili is an extremely talented and creative musician. Her first album release was raw, emotional, theatrical and magically brilliant. She wasn't afraid to bare her soul to the world via her music. It was truly beautiful. I have been waiting a long time for her to make another CD. Sadly, I was disappointed with her latest release. It is watered-down, insipid pop. There is an annoying disco beat in almost every song. I can't help feeling that some promoter, producer, agent, or whatever got a hold of Lili's career, and convinced her that fluffy teen pop is the way to commercial success. It is called, "selling out." Well, Lili, now you're just like all the other mass media pop stars. Congratulations. I'm sure you'll make lots of money!
