For those unaware, born and bred in Brooklyn, New York, Roberto Vally first exploded into the music scene at the ripe old age of 9. Roberto’s parents were amazed by his enthusiasm toward music when he was but in diapers.

But, it was his 4th grade music teacher that discovered his natural born gift of perfect pitch and an uncanny aptitude for the acoustic bass.

Thus, and with Roberto’s proclivity to learn the electric bass, he joined several neighborhood bands. Playing for church dances, block parties, and affairs, Roberto officially turned “pro” by age 11-hence the beginning of his long and masterful career as a world renowned bassist and song writer.

His brand new single D Train Express is out now, and thus his years of honing live performance skills have now really paid off, as this is a magnificent new track from the man with a remarkable set of diverse “musical chops” to always bring forth.

As for the song itself, well, it is a most dutifully smooth, yet lushly funkified title track and one that fully deserves to be played driving with the top down on a summers day, or when spring cleaning the house, doors open, allowing the neighbors to hear the musical joy that you yourself and lovingly enjoying within.
