Title - Every Kind of Uh-Oh
Artist - Charlie Peacock
For those not in the know, earlier this month, 6x GRAMMY Award-winning artist, musician, and producer CHARLIE PEACOCK released the official music video for his charming lead single, “Turtle in a Chinese Food Box.”
With his signature style and lyrical finesse, PEACOCK invited listeners into a realm where musical storytelling reigns supreme, and which lovingly continues onward and throughout his upcoming full-length vocal album EVERY KIND OF UH-OH (out Friday, August 30th, 2024).
PEACOCK’s heartfelt ode, “Turtle in a Chinese Food Box,” encapsulates the story of his first date with his wife, Andi. The track not only serves as a tantalizing glimpse into the sonic voyage awaiting on the project, but it also highlights PEACOCK’s remarkable ability to weave together memorable melodies with evocative narratives.
Produced and directed by PEACOCK and filmed at Ocean Way Nashville Studio, the music video (which you can see via the link below) is a visual delight, skillfully blending studio footage, whimsical animation, and nostalgic photographs of Charlie and Andi, all of which radiate positivity and warmth.
Co-produced with his son, GRAMMY and Oscar-nominated songwriter and producer Sam Ashworth (H.E.R, Andy Grammer, Leslie Odom Jr.), EVERY KIND OF UH-OH was released on It’s Time To Art and distributed by Re:Think/Universal Music Group.
The 10-track masterclass in songwriting — only made possible through the lens of his profound experience and musical prowess — is now available across the digital streaming services, in addition to a limited-edition release of vinyl and CDs.
