Title - Rehashed
Artist - Little Falls Trophy
For those unaware, New Jersey-based, one-man, indie rock band Little Falls Trophy has released its third album, Rehashed today, June 20th, 2025.
Little Falls Trophy is rewriting the rules of reinvention with the album, a bold new spin on the sounds you thought you knew. Doug Albregts, the man behind the band name, reworks some of his favorite tunes with acoustic flair, lush guitar tones, and fresh arrangements that breathe new life into the originals. Add in a B-side gem and two handpicked covers, and you’ve got a musical trophy case brimming with reimagined moments and surprises.

Initially conceived as a bridge to a third full-length album, Rehashed evolved into a standalone project, recasting Little Falls Trophy’s earlier tracks with acoustic touches and a fresh perspective. Rehashed is a testament to the joy of reinvention. “It’s not just a redo; it’s a chance to explore what these songs could become,” Albregts shares.
1) My Little Sunshine
2) Tranquilizer Pill
3) Vintage
4) Addiction
5) Project 6636
6) All Kinds of Time [Fountains of Wayne]
7) Armstrong Park
8) Thursday’s Friday
9) The Weight [The Band]
As the founding member, Albregts envisioned the project as a soliloquy — a one-man band delivering raw, unfiltered expressions with humility and grace - and thus his brilliantly constructed, wholly impassioned new recording opens on the languishing Americana drawl of My Little Sunshine and then brings us the sturdy fare of Tranquilizer Pill, the electronically countrified cut Vintage and the alt-rocker Addiction.
Along next on this heartfelt album is the moody ambiance that threads throughout the emboldened storytelling of Project 6636 which is itself followed by his rhythmically melodic cover of the Fountains of Wayne All Kinds of Time, the low slung Armstrong Park, the music rounding out on the poplicious bounce of Thursday’s Friday, closing on gently reined in rendition of The Band’s The Weight.
