Overview: Set in the year 2020, The Central Organization of Police Specialists (C.O.P.S.) is a special group of policemen with cyborg enhancements that strengthen each member's particular talents. Their mission is to fight crime in the metropolis of Empire City, with their main enemy being crimelord 'The Big Boss' and his goons.
DVD Verdict: This box is AWESOME!! I was a pretty big fan of the show when it was first on as 'COPS' (it later became 'CyberCOPS' or something on another station) and never really thought it would ever make it out to DVD. But I'm glad it finally did, because there was A LOT of love put into this set. I never really expected there to be so many special features for a show that wasn't as popular as the big ones like Voltron and Transformers. But this one's got concept art, some really cool handpainted backgrounds and the totally awesome animated storyboards of the opening credits!! It kind of makes me wonder what else is coming out on DVD. Hopefully 'GI Joe' or the 'Bionic 6.' And again, I have to say the quality is great unlike some of my other DVD's of old cartoons. Can't wait to see if they release any more classic cartoon TV series'! Bullet Proof is one of the greatest characters in an animated series. It's crime fighting time!
