DVD Verdict: 'Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood' is an animated program for preschoolers ages 2 to 4. It actually builds on the pioneering PBS series, Mister Rogers' Neighborhood. Through imagination, creativity, and music, Daniel and his friends learn the key social skills necessary for school and for life.

Here on the wonderful 'Daniel Tries Something New' we find ourselves with 8 grr-ific tales: 'Daniel's Babysitter,' 'Daniel Goes to School,' 'Prince Wednesday Finds a Way to Play,' 'Finding a Way to Play on Backwards Day,' 'Daniel Waits for Show and Tell,' 'A Night Out at the Restaurant,' 'The Dragon Dance,' and then 'Teacher Harriet's Birthday.'

My 2-year old grandson LOVES this show! He is rarely still, but will sit through entire episodes of Daniel Tiger, responding to questions, singing along, and giving me "Ugga- mugga" kisses. He even has a "Tigey" he sleeps with! So, what more could you want?! These are all Widescreen Presentations (1.77:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs and comes with the Special Features of:
