'The 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo: The Complete Series'
(2-DVD / NR / 2010 / Warner Bros.)

Overview: In The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo, mystery and mayhem prevail when Scooby-Doo and Shaggy accidentally set free a pack of troublemaking spooks. On a trip to Honolulu, Daphne’s plane winds up landing in Tibet. While visiting a temple, Scooby and Shaggy are tricked into opening the Chest of Demons, which houses 13 of the most-frightening ghosts and ghouls to ever haunt the earth.

DVD: For those with long minds on the subject, or simply Scooby-Doo fans/freaks, 'The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo' originally premiered September 1985 on ABC! Funnily enough, this show doesn't even have Velma or Fred, but they have got new characters ... along with the well known Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Scrappy, and Daphne, of course.

The new characters consists of Flim-Flam and Vincent Van Ghoul who help the gang with what the main plot line. Said main plot is that they are trying to put the 13 ghosts that they had released from the Chest of Demons by accident! While trying to do this, two not-so-intelligent ghosts - Weerd and Bogel - get in the way, always trying to stop the gang; just never really succeeding!

There were thirteen episodes produced, of course, I mean, come on now, just check the title out, and they run as: 1. To All the Ghouls I've Loved Before; 2. Scoobra Kadoobra; 3. Me and My Shadow Demon; 4. Reflections in a Ghoulish Eye; 5. That's Monstertainment; 6. Ship of Ghouls; 7. A Spooky Little Ghoul Like You; 8. When You Witch Upon A Star; 9. It's A Wonderful Scoob; 10. Scooby in Kwackyland; 11. Coast to Ghost; 12. The Ghouliest Show on Earth; and 13. Horror-Scope Scoob.

And so, to prevent these 13 ghosts from wreaking havoc upon the world, the gang embarks on a global quest to recapture them. Scooby-Doo’s nephew, Scrappy-Doo, and new 'team members' Flim-Flam and warlock Vincent Van Ghoul join in the chase too, as they set out to trap the escaped specters! This is a Widescreen Presentation (1.85:1) enhanced for 16x9 TVs.
