'Cowboy Del Amor' is a real-life comedy about a cowboy-turned-matchmaker who can’t manage his own love-life. It follows self-proclaimed “Cowboy Cupid” Ivan Thompson, as he finds Mexican brides for disillusioned American men searching for the perfect wife. His clients willingly pay $3,000 for a 600-mile bus ride into the heart of Mexico in a search for true love. For wise-cracking Ivan, love knows no borders!

'Cowboy Del Amor' won Top Jury and Audience prizes at SXSW in 2005 and the Filmmaker Award at the Durango Film Festival in 2006.
