Faith-based entertainment company iShine has announced the acquisition and re-release of the newly restored TAILS FROM THE ARK: HONK IF YOU’RE SPECIAL, coming to DVD on October 5th through Provident-Integrity Distribution (a unit of SONY).

The successful animation project was originally released on home video in 1998, selling over 30,000 copies. Under the new iShine Jr. banner, the fully restored TAILS FROM THE ARK: HONK IF YOU’RE SPECIAL will now come to DVD for the first time, with all-new scenes, new music and an expanded storyline.

The first in a planned series, TAILS FROM THE ARK: HONK IF YOU’RE SPECIAL is an entertaining story about a special little goose named “Honk” who is in for the ride of his life onboard Noah’s Ark. Along their adventure, Honk and his furry friends learn of the special plan that God has for everyone's life.

“Kids of all ages will learn about treating others with respect and that even the unlikeliest of people are special in God’s eyes,” says executive producer Brad Mathias. “This DVD is filled with fun and original music designed to keep kids’ attention while teaching them valuable lessons.”
