The witty crime drama about a plump district attorney and his slick investigator sidekick, united by the common cause of nailing the bad guys, 'JAKE AND THE FATMAN - SEASON ONE, VOLUME ONE' arrives on DVD for the first time ever as a three-disc set on July 8 from CBS Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment.

The smart crime drama from the late ‘80s stars William Conrad as the hard-as-nails Los Angeles district attorney Jason “Fatman” McCabe. Together with his happy-go-lucky partner Jake Styles, played by Joe Penny, and a Bulldog named Max, the unlikely duo set out to solve the toughest cases. The first-rate series also starred Alan Campbell as the assistant district attorney.

The show will be available in a three-disc collectible set containing the first 11 episodes from the inaugural season, including the suspenseful series pilot for $40.99 SRP.
