Based on the video game series, 'Alone In The Dark' follows supernatural detective Edward Carnby (Christian Slater) as he travels to Shadow Island to solve the mystery of a friend's death. While there, he meets up with a female anthropologist named Aline Cedrac (Tara Reid), and his bitter rival, government agent Richard Burke (Stephen Dorff).

Soon, Carnby is going to learn that just because you don't believe in something, that doesn't mean that it can't kill you!

This movie is due for release on Januray 25th, 2005 from Lions Gate Films.
