'Rosie O'Donnell Weds Lesbian Partner'
Rosie O'Donnell married her lesbian lover Kelli Carpenter yesterday in San Francisco - following President George W. Bush's vow to outlaw gay weddings. The American funnywoman was horrified when she discovered the Republican leader planned to file a lawsuit to stop the city's practice of gay marriage and immediately flew there to exchange vows with Carpenter. But the happy couple do not intend to follow the traditional practice of taking a honeymoon - instead they flew straight back to their native New York to attend a parent's day.
