Latin beauty J-Lo, 33, tied the knot with lover Marc Anthony, 34, in a surprise ceremony at her Beverly Hills home. Friends say the star — a staunch Catholic despite her three marriages — could not face having a child out of wedlock. One yesterday confirmed J-Lo, had been telling close pals she is expecting. One wedding guest said: “She is certainly glowing and looked ecstatically happy.”
